Sažetak
This paper deals with the methods and models of production management, the concepts being adopted by all types of organizations - manufacturing and service. Organizations in today’s highly competitive environment must devote significant time, energy, human and financial resources to achieve strategic goals. These methods and models have emerged as a proven and effective tool for all organization’s stakeholders, and in the process allow organizations to successfully implement differentiating strategies, information technology (IT) but well educated engineers are the major key for their success.
