Sažetak
Local government services to constituents are technologically framed by following basic blocks – from service knowledge, interactive form processing, contextual service request creation and management, records office integration, service processing workflow, interactive official administrative document generator, electronic signature and document management integration, enterprise asset management/property management integration, local government ERP and GIS interoperability, contact center integration, contextual smart card access control, up to process monitoring and reporting. Organization and management models of service orchestration and service topology enlargement are proposed.
