Sažetak
The article investigates why international endeavors to decrease the influence of “nationalist” parties failed. The article concludes that the main reason is feeling of insecurity of national groups in Bosnia and Herzegovina. However, the article concludes that international organizations were successful in transforming of parties in Bosnia and Herzegovina from war fractions to relatively democratic elements of political system of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
