Sažetak
Supervision and control of a system requires the comprehension of all sources of information within that system. Present situation shows that systematization in naming those sources of information has never been carried out. It resulted in difficulties in system's supervision, control, expansion and off-line analysis.
Devices the system is consisted of are the sources of information. With the introduction of object-oriented naming of process variables, the possibility of high consistency in variable naming is given, and thus efficiency in data handling and management can be achieved.
