Sažetak
Presented platinum(II) complexes with phosphonate ligands represent structurally and biologically interesting class of compounds. Depending on the reaction conditions, various types of complexes of the same ligand can be obtained. Furthermore, complexes of 8-dqmp show medium cytostatic activity. Synthesis of new structurally different phosphonate ligands and their palladium as well as platinum complexes could be helpfull in elucidating rather complicated structure-activity relationship for these kind of compounds.
