Sažetak
Stereological methodology provides quantitative assessment of 3-D inner structure of objects from 2-D sections. Software LUCIA-G significantly improves the assessments by process and analysis automation. Interactive and automated measurements of MoAb- identified cells in pig intestinal mucosal tissues stained with immunohistochemical methods in order to classify various inflammatory states was used in this study.
