Sažetak
Previous results regarding the mechanisms of IFNs anticellular/antitumor activity have shown: rEdistribution of alkaline phosphatase and acid phosphatase with increase of nonspecific esterase. Human Interferon alpha affects different esterases differently. The effective sununits in the same test system were: III, IV and VII. It seems that Interferon´s pleiotropic effects consists of different effects of different subunits in transformed as well as normal cells.
