Sažetak
Using the immunohistochemical peroxidase antiperoxidase (PAP) technique, the intracellular localisation of human leukocyte interferon alpha (HuLIFN) and its subunits obtained by chromatofocusing was studied. In human FL (amnion) cells HuUFN was demonstrated 60 minutes after the treatment inside the cell cytoplasm. These results were confirmed by immunofluorescence. When Hu- LIFN was fractionated through the chromatofocusing eight fractions were obtained. After their's application on cultured cells it was found , that only fractions II, IV, V , VI and VII can be demonstrated inside the cell.
