Sažetak
In this lecture it is discussed the role of Cistercians in the society of medieval Croatia. The main focus is relations between the Cistercians and the feudal magnates of medieval Croatia in the 13th and 14th century. These relations are explained through the case study of the noble kindred of the Babonići and two Cistercian monasteries, one in Topusko and the other in Kostanjevica.
