Sažetak
Eco system of workstations in garment production plants can be viewed through the health situation of the employees. Monitoring the state of health in a factory employing around 2500 workers indicates the sick leaves due to professional ilnesses, such as psychosis and neurosis, circulatory system ailments, musculatory and skeletal problems and problems associated with respiratory system, make almost one third of all the sick leaves, in the situation where 75 workers are on a sick leave daily. Such a high incidence of sik leaves, as well as the total number of employees in garment industry, ask for the investigation of the complete eco system of workstations the workers work at.
