Sažetak
Mathematical model is presented for calculating the concentration profiles of glucose/fructose mixtures. Knowledge of the transient behaviour of the system is important for determining the response to changes in feed concentration. The ion exchange resin Lewatiti TSW 40 in Ca+2 form, showed itself as adsorbent for the separation of glucose/fructose mixtures.
