Sažetak
Introduction: Immunosuppressive agents are effective in the inflammatory bowel disease treatment, but they might have an effect on the coexisting or newly developed infections. We present the case of a young woman who developed at the same time Echovirus parotitis and pancreatitis following therapy with infliximab and prednisolone.
