Sažetak
In view of first preliminary results from an analysis of a sample of events from the 1999 40 AGeV Pb beam data the case for more heavy-ion runs at low SPS energy is discussed. NA49 request 5 days of Pb beam at 80 A GeV this year and 15 days split beam between 20 and 30 A GeV in 2002.
