Sažetak
The only way for the individual experience to become a group experience is through encounter, and the group experience is incorporated into individual experience through alienation. The encounter with another person presume ability to get alienated from oneself. Do we meet another person, or do we just meet our reflection in somebody else. The narcissistic investition is the sponsor of these events. In the encounter of individual and the institution, narcissistic streams play the greater role, and we can state that perhaps for its greater part it is under influence of these streams. The language of narcissistic transference is understandable to the speaker himself, so it is interesting to watch the result of this encounter between the individual and the organization in the alliance patient-doctor-institution.
