Sažetak
The author focused in his paper on the impact of globalization on the international affairs and diplomacy. In the era of globalization along with the state and the international organization a series of other agents are at work, notably>: the supranational organizations and the trans-national companies as private actors on the international scene. There is a dynamic in international affairs. In that context the strategic priority for Croatiy is the integration in the European Union and functional regional cooperation under the circumstances of globalization.
