Sažetak
The paper is focused on the relationship between the old traditional diplomacy which is ironicaly marked as 'the world of the honest spy', on the one hand, and the new public diplomacy, on the other. Public diplomacy must develop communications skills in order to meet challenges of the new post-industrial information society.
