Sažetak
Hotel industry is acquiring new forms and satisfying more complex standards of offer assortment. On the global tourism market, neither is it possible to be distinctive with a uniform offering, nor do modern tourists appreciates such an offering to any great extent. The market expects the basic hotel offering of accommodation and food and beverages to have a certain level of quality. However, when this condition has been met, a destination can secure its place on the global market only through specific forms of its tourism offering or through greater quality, if its offering is comparable to that of other destinations. Qualitative and attractive hotel offering becomes a determining factor in the competitive game on the tourist market. The success of a hotel offering on the tourist market depends on adequately established organization of hotel enterprises, i.e. factors of the hotel offering.
