Sažetak
In clinical practice early detection of dental caries enable more conservative therapy. Today new method based on laser fluorescency give us information about earliest lost of mineral from hard dental tissue. Also, caries risk tests and saliva checker as well as Tooth Mousse and newly developed MI paste can help in caries prevention and in remineralization of already demineralised hard dental tissue surface. The paste can be used for very large spectrum of diagnosis and dental gum diseases, and for sensitive prevention. Biological protection of teeth is able to achieve with glassionomers which are biocompatible, adhere on hard dental tissues and realise fluorides. The glassionomer could be used for fissure protection, root surface protection, hypersensitivity prevention, protection for immature enamel.
