Sažetak
Implementation of Quality Managing Systems according to the International Standard ISO 9000 ff has been proved as a very useful strategy in business practice. The added standards such as standards for the areas of environmental protection and food safety have also been developed. Intergrated Managing Systems (IMS) as a combination of two or more Managing Systems is being more applied. This paper analyzes application of Intergrated Managing Systems in the hotels of Dubrovnik Riviera. An empirical research has been made for this purpose that included interviews with the hotel managers, in the hotels of Dubrovnik Riviera that have implemented Intergrated Managing Systems as a developing strategy.
