Sažetak
Bayes" method is used in solving numerous decision-making problems. Managers must make decisions regardless of havnih or not having full information. The arising question is wheter it is possible to gather all the information nedded for making a decision. Bayes" method offers the possibility of obtaining the revised probabilities by means of additional information, and to correct the subjective probabilities.
