Sažetak
Sea pollution by oil and their derivatives due to effluents released from tankers is presented. International rules and conventions review, which proscribes monitoring of releasing polluted effluents from tankers, is given. The need to monitor and control of releasing polluted effluents to sea water, regarding allowed concentrations of oil within fluids against stated conventions and rules, is underlined. Conditions for controlled releasing of polluted effluents from tankers are analysed. Description of the equipment which form the monitoring and managing system for effluents releasing and the mode for determination of type and degree of fluid pollution are given.
