Sažetak
This paper is dealing with relative frequency distribution of hailstone diameter and duration of hailfals in Croatia. The data set was collected from the observational reports of hail suppression station network in period 1981-1990 (on average 450 stations, and 5011 reports). In this paper, the hourly relative frequency is presented. Two dimensional distribution analysis is also done to connect the characteristics of hailfals in both time and and average diameter of hailstones. The comparison of these frequency distributions shows the shift towards the smaller diameters and shorter duration of hail fallinf for the cases of performed operational seeding with meteorological reagent.
