Sažetak
Binominal expressions of different types and categories can be found in the general language and in the languages for special purposes. In most cases they are characterized by syntactic stability, sometimes showing different syntactic structure in the target language, but preserving the original concept of the source legal system. The paper focuses on some frequently occuring binominals in the German and English language of Criminal Law as the basis for the analysis of their common linguistic and terminological features.
