Sažetak
Inter-comparative ADCP discharge measurements, as well as the analysis of the measurement results, which took place in Sisak, on Sava river during September 2008, are presented in the paper. The measurements were carried out by eleven measuring teams form Austria, Slovenia, Serbia, Hungary and Croatia, having sixteen measuring ADCP units at disposal in total. In order to evaluate the quality of the inter-comparative measurements, beside the most important measured value, the discharge, some other measuring parameters such as geometrical parameters of the river bed, mean direction of flow, internal compass performance etc. are analyzed and presented in the paper as well. The measurements were carried out successfully with fourteen ADCP units. The results of the discharge measurements are mutually in accordance and highly compatible. The discrepancies of the discharge measurements do not exceed 2.5 % margin. In addition, the results of the post-processing analysis show those discrepancies are most likely due to unappropriate measuring procedure, rather then instrument failure. There were three measurements of such type recorded, all of them discussed in the paper. Analysis of the measurements data was performed using Teledyne RD Instruments WinRiver software package as well as Agila software, the later have been issued by The German Federal Institute of Hydrology (Bundesanstalt für Gewässerkunde, Koblenz).
