Sažetak
If we consider the existing systems conductibility technological-safety policy of insurance and realization of qualified standards and directions in the world and Croatia and on science base as well, we will perceive the state of remaining of “ Legal bases of system of security by EB (electronically business)” . That’ s why, here we need to notice the different ways of protection of corporations business activity at the EB, starting from the profiling the politics (period of doing some work and technological-safety principle or procedure who are thought to be suitable), to her internal arrangement, basic factors, important procedures and the most efficient ways of performance of technological-safety policy. This is where legal bases of remaining system of security at the EB is specially being consider. Concrete: important chapters about common elements of a safety model, thoroughly elements of policy, elements of standard, elements of directions that present basic instructions at the evolution and conducting politics of insurance at the EB, also legal base of development of standards and instructions.
