Sažetak
We report a case of a 69-year old man who was presented with a consciousness level disturbance due to hyponatriemia. We did a analysis and diagnosed SIADH (the syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion) which was in the context of a until then undiagnosed lung cancer in the late stage (T3N2M1-IV stage in TNM classification). Our patient had a planocellular lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer)as the cause of SIADH.
