Sažetak
Nowadays knowledge about immunopathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris (PV) is based on the crucial role of CD4 and CD8 lymphocytes. Also, the connection of activated lymphocytes with macrophages especially denditic cells and plazmacytoid dendritic cells is considered to be significant. All together, we could assume that in immunopathogenesis of PV there is a cascade or chain reaction in which cells and cytokines play important role.
