Sažetak
This work presents broad retrospective analysis of successful 5-year long production and realization of this yearly project of high importance for the quality of life in the local community. Culture Shock Festival has been practicing innovative ways to bring closer the most different cultural and educational forms to new generations, in order for them to find their own creative way to fully comprehend the time and place they are integral part of. This so-called "8-it-all" approach has been verified on a 5-year period and can be used as a conceptual framework for other similar projects that are to be conducted in other smaller semi urban surroundings, like smaller cities, provinces, etc. This was a straightforward approach of showing the direct social relevance of Culture Shock Festival for the local community, and also getting the valued feedback from it.
