Sažetak
There are more and more women participating on job market. Their tendencies in gaining appropriate and better paid jobs in company's hierarchy, are increased. But, due to their psychophysical features they prefer involvement in tercer and quarter sector. Since hotel industry presents a specific activity of tercer sector, 59% of working women in the Republic of Croatia are participating in it; the goal of the reassert is to get to know working women status contribution to quality and success in a hotel industry company. Inquiry research has explained that working women status contributes to concurrency, therefore to company's success, as well, that has been proved in tourist turnover and clients structure. According to new tendencies and aims to keep and improve position on tourism market, it is necessary for the management to see importance of individual investment into human capital.
