Sažetak
The presentation offered research finding of the FP6 funded inter-disciplinary research project “ Human and Minority Rights in the Life-Cycle of Ethnic Conflicts” . The project focused on the status and dynamics of human and minority rights in the ethnic conflicts in the Balkans during the last decade of the 20th century and up until now and putting it in the perspective of EU policy in the Balkans during the same period.
