Methods and Measures. Group of family medicine residently students (n=158), age range (27-47 years), 88% were female and 12% male ; 68 participated in the study. Professional qualifications were measured by structured questionnaire about practice quality outcomes (preventive activities, working with chronically ill patients, collaboration with colleagues, professional skills, permanent education, home visits and home care, medical documentation, professional social activities). Results. The majority of participants were currently working as private practice practitioner, and majority do practice some of the preventive activities like breast examination, routine blood measuring etc. Only one-third of them do digitorectal examination. Collaboration with colleagues is poor. Most of participants practice group tehnique with hypertansive and diabetic patients but only few of them work with psychiatric patients. None routine practice fundusoscopy. Two-third participants once a year participate in continuing education course and have submission on one professional journal. All participants have computer in office. Half of participants don, t have any social and professional engagement. Conclusion. While general practice experience in undergraduate education is an important factor for GPs practice, vocational training influences on the future professional and social growth of practitioners.
