From this article on budgeting we can see how operation budget interacts with cash budget and the capital budget, it also gives us an major image of benefits from preparing the operations budget, the budget process, the need for budget reisions, budgetary control, and budgeting by multiunit enterprises. To show how it all works there are first described several tipes of budgets.
