Sažetak
In diagnosing the instability of hip or knee endoprothesis the problem appears of differential diagnosis between the septic and aseptic loosening of endoprothesis. In 247 patients with loosened endoprothesis the 3-phase scanning of skeleton with Tc-99m-DPD was made along with the calculation of relative perfusion in the artery phase(3T).
