Sažetak
Today’ s mobile phones are becoming all-in-one multimedia devices. In that context, a phone could be used as a universal user interface, enabling user interactions with applications by moving the phone in the air instead of using a some - times cumbersome and slow keypad or mouse. The research described in this paper is motivated by the challenge to create a motion estimation algorithm for computing built-in camera motion in real time, suitable for use on multimedia mobile phones. We implement and demonstrate the proposed motion estimation algorithm on a Symbian OS based Nokia 3650 phone with built-in camera.
