Sažetak
In this paper is presented machining parameters optimization based on usage of genetic algorithm. To increase efficiency and productivity of machine tool, optimal cutting parameters, power requirements and time of machining have to be obtained. As base for GA we have used Matlab’ s GA toolbox ™ . For each depth of cutting optimization process gives optimal cutting parameters. For obtained optimal cutting parameters number of passes is decided. In this case binary linear programming optimization (LP) method was the best choice.
