Sažetak
On March 1, 1909, Andrija Mohorovičić held a lecture at the Croatian Society of Engineers and Architects (CSEA) in which he attempted to explain how the earth shakes during earthquakes, and what are the effects of this shaking on buildings. The extended version of the lecture of 1909 was eventually published in 1911 in 9 sequels in the News of CSEA.
