Sažetak
The aim of this study was to investigate left ventricular function and exercise capacity in never-treated female hypertensive patients. 17 female patients with newly established, uncomplicated essential hypertension(aged 25 to 57 years) were examined by means of maximum physical exercise testing and radionuclide equilibrium ventriculography, and were compared to 23 female normotensive volunteers of comparable age.
