Sažetak
Yield management in hotel industry as an assamblage of managerial processes in the sphere of planning and deciding came out in professional and scientific literature in the last 20 years. It caused interest especially in the possibility of its application in Croatian hotel industry. In this work systems and subsystems of processes of yield management and their application are explained together with the experience in hotel industry worlwide. Especially we try to work out the application of yield managementin the conditions of great seasonal oscillations that govern Croatian hotel offer.
