Sažetak
Paper analyses the possibilities of the Croatian hotel industry to turn to international capital market. In a present days domestic situation regarding capital supply it looks to be only way for engaging the necessery factor of business development. There are a number of motifs for such a orientation. The motifs are grouped as internal and external, although some of them have both side characteristics and international dimension. Assuming there will be no serious disturbances in Croatian economy and society as a whole the prospects of hotel industry on international capital market are solid.
