Sažetak
Process capability can be improved through the wise application of Statistical Process Control (SPC), which is applicable to development, manufacturing, administrative and service processes. The SPC leads to effective changes and process improvements, affects the organizatinal and technogical designing of of processes, and the quality of their results. Croatian hotel enterprises have to adopt this management approach as soon as possible in order to manage the incongruent results by reducing variability and bringing the processes into control.
