Sažetak
As organisations need to adapt to new business conditions and respond to competitive pressures, various change management approaches such as business process re-engineering (BPR) have been developed. This paper investigates a potential of simulation to be used for modelling business processes. An overview of business process modelling methods and an example of business process modelling using Petri nets are presented.
