Sažetak
The basis of this paper is to show whether small enterprises, due to low production costs and higher flexibility, are more prepared for market globalization than large enterprises, or the large ones are more prepared than the small and medium ones to enter the global markets, due to their high product quality and diversification. The differences which this paper will try to determine between small, medium and big enterprises will refer to: choice of production strategy, product range, and the market. Our starting assumption is that the production strategy affects a company's ability to take control of its competitive advantages and thus enter the global market more easily.
