Sažetak
Business strategy follows the corporate strategy of the enterprise and refers to the way in which the enterprise will compete in the market. Orientation to quality is extremely important for company performance. The paper shows the performance of Croatian manufacturing companies that have introduced the ISO standard in comparison to those that have not introduced them, in order to evaluate the difference between the two observed groups.
