Sažetak
This paper investigates the effect of total quality management on the company performance. The concept of total quality is based on the fact that an enterprise undertakes all the measures to avoid mistakes in its operation and to prepare all the procedures to eliminate the causes of mistakes if they occur. This concept is best represented by possession of ISO certificates. Management performance is measured by the financial results of the enterprise. The research shows that by introduction of ISO standards enterprises improve their performance in comparison to the period without ISO.
