Sažetak
Successfully accomplished project include well-timed completion, regulated costs and required quality. All the factors related to mentioned parameters are worth investigation. Changes have been proved to influence the project’ s success. If not properly managed, they lead to significant schedule and cost overrun. Before managing it, it is necessary to identify the nature and sources of changes. Construction industry has its specificities that are reflecting on nature of changes. In this paper we provide general information about nature and sources of changes in construction projects. The paper addresses a study of system dynamics in managing changes, along with results of research conducted in Croatian construction practice.
