Sažetak
The choice of the appropriate method and technique for the statistical process control represents the application of a set of instruments in the control of key process variables. If the cause of a too large variability or abnormal distributed process results are known, it is possible to undertake some prompt actions in order to neutralize these causes and to promote the quality of the process results.
