Sažetak
The introduction of radioimmunological methods(RIA) for determination of parathyroid hormone(PTH), calcitonin(CT) and osteocalcin(BPG-bone Gla protein) as well as the radioreceptor analysis for determination of hydroxivitamin D(25-OH-D) and 1, 25 dihydroxyvitamin D(1, 25(OH)2 D) enabled a routine evaluation of parathyroid glands function. The results suggest that PTH, BGP and CT are a sensitive markers of bone metabolism alterations in urolithiasis patients.
