Sažetak
Retrospectively, 335 patients with thyroid adenocarcinoma were analyzed:186(70%) papillary, 61(23%) follicular and 19(7%) Hurthle-cell carcinoma. Since 1972-2001 year, 12 women, after surgery and I-131 treatment became pregnant and gave birth to 15 children:12 healthy, 1 with genital malformations, and twins who were premature delivered(estimated gestational age of 30 weeks) and died within 3 days.
