Sažetak
In restructuring process of their own economies, countries in transition carry most of their own problems which could be seen in their negative macroeconomic activities. However, for international financial institutions, certain economic sectors represent crediting areas. Since countries in transition head to membership in European integration, help they receive from European financial is very significant, specially from European Investment Bank and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The authors will show and analyse direction and the amount of credits of those financial institutions and their importance in development for transition economies.
