Sažetak
Paper deals with improvement of business processes by use of modelling, especially simulation modelling. The specific problem of these processes is insufficient efficiency and effectiveness. business processes and their improvement is the major issue of managerial decision-making. The design of business processes itself is viewed as an improvable process by mean of its effectiveness and efficiency ; therefore we will ofer discuss the efects of improvement on the individual stages of the process.
